Cape Cod Doxie Day is an event held annually in September to gather dachshunds and their owners in celebration of the breed and in honor of dachshund rescue.
Cape Cod Doxie Day was first held in September 2008 and has grown in attendance each year and the money raised through silent auctions, microchipping, and other goodies goes directly to support Coast to Coast Dachshund Rescue.
Area shelters benefit through the donations of blankets, food, and the like. It’s a wonderful day spent with a fantastic group of dachshunds and their owners – join the group to keep posted on this fantastic annual event!
